Do I need to purchase a charger from Octopus to use Intelligent Octopus Go?

No. Intelligent Octopus Go supports several charge points, including every current Andersen home charger. Choosing Andersen gives you direct tariff integration alongside a wider choice of colours, finishes and cable configurations.

Can I use an untethered charger with Octopus Energy?

Yes. The socketed Andersen Quartz is compatible with Intelligent Octopus Go, giving you an untethered option without losing smart-tariff integration.

Can I use an Andersen charger if I change energy supplier?

Yes. Your Andersen charge point is not locked to Octopus Energy. It can continue to charge your car if you move to another supplier and is compatible with other popular smart charging services, including OVO Charge Anytime.
