1. Referrers

1.1 Only existing Andersen EV customers are eligible to act as referrers under this programme.

1.2 The referrer must use the same email address that was used to place their original Andersen EV order.

1.3 Participation requires the referrer to complete the referral form available on the Andersen EV referral webpage or submit a referral through an authorised Andersen EV sales or customer service representative.

1.4 The referrer confirms that they have obtained the referee’s explicit consent prior to submitting their details to Andersen EV.

1.5 A maximum of three (3) referral rewards may be issued to any referrer within a calendar year.

1.6 Employees, installers, agencies, commercial partners, and affiliates of Andersen EV are not eligible to participate in this programme.

1.7 Participation in the programme is limited to residents of the United Kingdom.

2. Referees

2.1 The referee must not be an existing or previous Andersen EV customer.

2.2 The referee must place and fully pay for a qualifying Andersen EV charger order between 1 June 2026 and 30 June 2026 inclusive.

2.3 Eligible purchases include all Andersen EV chargers, whether purchased with or without installation services.

2.4 Where a referee is referred by more than one individual, only one referral may be applied. Andersen EV will recognise the referral submitted first in time, and no additional reward or benefit will be granted to subsequent referrers.

2.5 Referrals submitted after 30 June 2026 will not qualify for the Dinner with Friends campaign.

3. Referral Reward

3.1 Upon a successful qualifying referral, the referrer will receive one (1) £100 The Dining Out Gift Card intended to be shared between the referrer and the referee.

3.2 The referral reward will only be issued where the referee’s qualifying Andersen EV order has been fully paid for and has not been cancelled or refunded prior to reward fulfilment.

3.3 All qualifying referral rewards will be issued on or after 1 July 2026.

3.4 Referral rewards are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and no cash alternative shall be offered.

4. Refunds and Cancellations

4.1 If the referee cancels their order or receives a refund for any reason prior to reward fulfilment, the referral reward shall not be issued.

4.2 Andersen EV shall have no obligation to issue or reissue any referral reward where the underlying qualifying order has been cancelled, refunded, or otherwise deemed ineligible.

5. Reward Delivery

5.1 Referral rewards will be delivered electronically to the email address associated with the referrer’s original Andersen EV order unless otherwise agreed by Andersen EV.

5.2 Andersen EV accepts no responsibility for rewards not received due to inaccurate or incomplete contact information supplied by the referrer.

6. General Conditions

6.1 Andersen EV reserves the right, at its absolute discretion, to amend, suspend, or terminate the Dinner with Friends Referral Programme at any time without prior notice.

6.2 Andersen EV retains final and binding authority on all matters relating to eligibility, qualification, issuance of rewards, and interpretation of these Terms and Conditions.

6.3 By participating in the programme, both referrers and referees are deemed to have accepted these Terms and Conditions.

6.4 Any attempt to manipulate, abuse, or fraudulently exploit the referral programme may result in disqualification at Andersen EV’s sole discretion.
