September Installation Challenge – Terms& Conditions

1. Eligibility

Open to registered Andersen EV affiliate installers based in the UK. 

Participants must be aged 18 or over.

Employees of Andersen EV, their families, or anyone directly connected with the promotion are not eligible.

 2. How to Enter

Install as many Andersen EV charge points as possible during September 2025.

Share clear photos of completed installations on your LinkedIn or Instagram feed/grid (stories will not count). These images must be of installations taken place in September and any backdated images will not count.

Tag @andersen_ev on Instagram or @AndersenEV on LinkedIn in each post for the entry to qualify.

Posts must be shared publicly to be visible to Andersen EV. 

3. Competition Period

The competition runs from 1st September 2025 (00:00 BST) to 30th September 2025 (23:59 BST).

Any installations posted outside these dates will not be counted. 

4. Prize

One (1) prize of £500 cash will be awarded to the eligible affiliate installer who shares the highest number of valid tagged installation
posts during the competition period.

In the event of a tie, Andersen EV will determine the winner at its sole discretion.

5. Winner Selection & Notification

Andersen EV will verify entries and announce the winner within 14 days of the competition closing.

The winner will be contacted via direct message on the social media platform used for entry.

If the winner does not respond within 7 days, Andersen EV reserves the right to award the prize to the next eligible participant.

6. General Conditions

By entering, participants consent to Andersen EV using their submitted installation photos (with credit) for marketing and promotional purposes.

Participants must ensure they have the necessary permissions to share photos (e.g., customer consent, no identifying personal details in the background). 

Entries that are incomplete, illegible, fraudulent, or that violate social media platform rules may be disqualified.

Andersen EV reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw the competition at any time without notice.

7. Liability

Andersen EV accepts no responsibility for technical failures, lost entries, or issues beyond its control. 

The prize is non-transferable and no alternative will be offered.

8. Governing Law

This competition is governed by the laws of England and Wales and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
