1. The Promoter 
 The promoter is Andersen EV PLC, a company registered in England and Wales under company number 13210392, with our registered office at Unit 1 Stewartby Business Park, Broadmead Road, Stewartby, Bedfordshire, MK43 9ND ("Andersen", "we", "us", "our"). 
 

2. Promotional Period  

The promotion opens at 00:01 on 14th July 2026 and closes at 23:59 on 31st July 2026 (the "Promotional Period"). Sign-ups received outside of this window will not be eligible for the offer. 
 

3. The Promotion & Calculation  

To celebrate 1 in 3 new cars sold in the UK being electric in June, we are offering eligible customers a £52.50 discount on the purchase of a new Andersen home charger. 

The £52.50 discount value represents the equivalent cost of 3,000 miles of home charging. This is calculated using the following industry benchmarks: 

  • Average EV Efficiency: 4.0 miles per kWh (representing the industry average mid-point of standard real-world EV efficiency). 

  • Smart Home Tariff Rate: 6.99p per kWh (reflecting a typical UK off-peak overnight EV electricity rate). 

  • Formula: 3,000 miles divided by 4.0 miles per kWh = 750 kWh of electricity. 750 kWh multiplied by £0.0699 = £52.43 (rounded to a £52.50 promotional discount value). 
     

4. Eligibility 

  • This promotion is open to UK residents aged 18 or over. 

  • The promotion is only valid for new purchases of eligible Andersen home charging units (e.g., Andersen A3, A2, or Quartz models) made directly through Andersen during the Promotional Period. 

  • Only one discount code can be claimed per household. 

 

5. How to Redeem 

  • To register for the offer during the Promotional Period, you must sign up via the designated pop-up or bespoke landing page on our website: https://andersen-ev.com/ 

  • You must provide all mandatory information, including a valid UK telephone number. 

  • Following your submission, a member of our sales team will contact you by telephone to discuss our charging solutions and provide you with a unique, single-use discount code. 

  • The discount code is worth £52.50 in total. The discount will be applied to your invoice when ordering your Andersen home charger over the phone with our sales representative. Alternatively, you can use the code during the online checkout process. 

 

6. Key Restrictions and Code Validity 

  • Discount codes are unique, single-use only, and cannot be shared, transferred, or exchanged for cash or credit. 

  • The discount code must be redeemed by 31st July 2026 at 23:59. Any codes not used by this date will become void. 

  • This offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other active promotion, discount, or partner offer, with the sole exception of the Andersen Refer-a-Friend scheme and the Blue Light Card discount. 

 

7. Data Protection and Marketing 

  • By submitting your phone number and signing up for this promotion, you agree that our sales team may contact you by telephone to discuss this offer and our products/services. 

 

8. General 

  • We reserve the right to withdraw, amend, or suspend this promotion at any time without prior notice if circumstances beyond our control make this unavoidable. 

  • We reserve the right to verify the eligibility of any participant and withhold the discount if we have reasonable grounds to believe there has been a breach of these terms. 

  • These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
