To delete your account for the Andersen app, please provide the following details about your account so we can verify the correct account for deletion.

These are the details used when you set up your account and must match your account details.

By deleting your account you will be unlinking your charge point and will no longer be able to access its charge history and all of your details will be removed from our services. Please note that this request can take up to 5 working days to complete, and we will email you with confirmation of your account removal.
