Andersen recorded a 35% increase in sales in 2024, along with a number of other accolades, to further cement its position as the UK’s premium EV charge point brand.
Following the launch of the A3 charge point in May 2024, Andersen recorded its best performing year on record with a 35% increase in direct to customer sales compared to 2023.
The A3 was launched at an exclusive event at the London Design Museum in Kensington and since its launch, the A3 has established itself as one of the most popular home charge point options in the UK.
Just one month after its launch, the A3 picked up its first award, winning Platinum at the 2024 London Design Awards. This was one of 13 different awards secured last year, making Andersen the UK’s most awarded home EV charge point brand of 2024.
A major part of the A3’s success was the rollout of Andersen’s market-leading 7-year warranty and the brands own, in-house installation service earning Which? Trusted Trader status, becoming one of only two EV charge point brands to have earned that accolade.
Andersen’s range of designer EV charging products also integrated with OVO’s Charge Anytime add-on, allowing its customers to access savings of over £400 a year.
Andersen also partnered with a number of prestigious brands in 2024, including eco sustainable paint brand COAT and luxury electrification specialists Everrati.
David Martell, Chief Executive of Andersen, said: “2024 was a groundbreaking year for Andersen, with the launch of a new product and a number of other milestones that have helped to strengthen our position as the UK’s premium supplier of home EV charging points. We are excited for 2025 with a number of significant projects that will further expand our business, enhance our offerings and reinforce our commitment to delivering exceptional quality and service to our customers.”
