Every customer is automatically enrolled into our dedicated Concierge Service, providing support and advice on the full EV charging experience to help you get the most out of your charge point.
If you have selected Andersen's standard installation service, you will be e-mailed a link to complete a short virtual survey which will be assessed by the installation team, ensuring a smooth and efficient process. This will require to you to answer a few simple questions about your property and to submit a few images of your fuse boards, electricity supplies and where you want the charge point to be installed.
If you have chosen Andersen’s Premium package, a member of the installation team will be in contact shortly after to schedule a physical site survey. This survey is tailored to each customer as every property is different, ensuring an effortless experience. The site survey assures your new charger integrates into both your home, aesthetically and once your survey is completed - whether virtual or physical - the survey team will review the details and will be in contact to discuss the next steps and findings.
The best way to tell if a property has a three phase supply is by looking at the electrical fuse (sometimes called electricity supply, service head, cut out). Typically a single phase will have one fuse and a three phase will have three 100amp fuses.
