Our network of installers have years of experience in EV charge point installations and are thoroughly trained to ensure the installation of your Andersen charge point goes smoothly. We employ our own team of installers, so you know that your installer is fitting Andersen charge points day in, day out.

Service

For standard installs, we will send you a remote survey link, consisting of just a few, easy questions, to ensure we can install the charge point how and where you want it. Our Premium Installation service will see a member of our team visit your home before your install date to conduct that survey for you.

Our installation network covers the all of mainland UK. We also offer a market-leading 2-3 week lead time and your Andersen installer will arrive on the day in his own electric vehicle, too, so feel free to ask them any questions about electric vehicles and how to get the most out of your charge point.

Excellent service. Before , during and after installation. We had a long run c 20m from our meter box to requested position and all done superbly well with “invisible” wire up. The car dealership recommended Anderson to me. I had a great pre-sale experience. Really efficient and knowledgeable customer service. The engineer was booked in as soon as I had completed the online survey. I was expecting installation within 3 weeks but they contacted me to book an engineer in within a couple of days! Darrell contacted me ahead of his visit and when he arrived, he just got on with the job with no fuss. Such a lovely guy with a lot of experience in EVs and charging ports. Thank you so much. Installation was a dream, communication again from the engineer was very clear and he arrived on time and carried out the installation in a timely and tidy manner. Before leaving the site he explained how to use the equipment and assisted me to set up the Andersen App again explaining the benefits of using it. Design Your Charge Point

Visit our online design studio to customise your charge point. Choose from over 200 colour options and select your power and cable length. Once you’re happy, go to step 2.

Customisation Options for Andersen A2 Charging Point

Complete Your Order

Add any installation requirements to your order. You can choose between installing the charge point with your own electrician, or through a qualified Andersen EV installer.

Once you've confirmed your options, you can simply tell us your contact information and pay securely through our online checkout process.

Complete Your Survey

If you have selected a standard installation, we will send you a link to complete our virtual site survey, which will take around 10 minutes and involves a series of questions about your home electrics.

If you select a premium installation, we will visit your property and conduct a full survey for you.
