A2 product and Andersen install service - worth every penny

Purchased the A2 charger and Andersen's in-house install service directly through the Andersen's website.Very pleased with both the product, online survey and install and service.The hardware was received in plenty of time and the pre-install service was supported by plenty of videos and helpful articles.The Andersen engineer - Zamir - messaged the day before install with his likely arrival time and was a pleasure to have at our home. Polite, courteous, knowledgeable and very careful with our property.Now installed, we've very happy with the quality of the hardware and responsiveness of the app. Clear and well thought through. Andersen A2 Fantastic product

The Andersen A2 is a fantastic product. It is a premium product so it is a little more expensive than others. In my view it is definitely worth the extra spend. It looks fantastic and having the hidden cable storage is a brilliant idea. The numerous colour and finish options are great and allows you to customise the look of the device.The installation process was made very easy with the helpfulness of the Andersen EV staff and their online tools. They were really helpful and answered all my questions quickly. They even did the installation in 2 stages for me as I was having other work done that they had to work around. Fantastic! Excellent product! From ordering, installation and after care the Andersen A2 has been amazing. Highly recommend it. No issues and easy to use. But the main thing for us is that not only has it been reliable it also looks amazing and adds to our home. No dangling wires- so neat and tidy! Excellent product! The day of the installation, Darrel arrived and talked through the cable run and location of installation.Overall the product is great and I cannot fault the communication and level of customer service. Good quality built to last!!I had my Andersen A2 installed 2 years ago and it's still working great. We are moving house next month and I'm just about to place an order for my second. I really like that you can customise the colours to match your house too, and the hidden cable means it always looks neat.
