The Howes House

Thank you very much. We moved into this house around three years ago now. That was when we were planning on growing our family.

When we moved in, we redecorated everything! There is probably not a wall that hasn't been touched by paint or a hammer. We also landscaped all the front garden as well.

We have always been interested in electric cars & also very interested in the performance that they offer.

It is just a good time at the moment to finally start moving electric, moving away from carbon emission vehicles. And this car in particular offered loads of space and practicality to boot.

Currently, we are driving a Tesla Model Y. Neither Jess or myself had actually driven an electric car before we went for the test drive with the Tesla. However, as soon as we did, we were just really impressed. We especially love the fact that it was really quiet. And we're kind of sold on the dream from there.

Moving from a combustion vehicle to an electric vehicle, the big challenge that you face is range anxiety.

Being able to charge at home makes such a drastic difference where you can comfortably get home, charge up to whatever you need, and start the next day on 100%. Just like you would with your phone. And that adds loads of comfort.

Massively! I think the way our house looks is really, really important to us and the Andersen charger, in particular, is the best looking out of all the charge points out there. 

It is definitely the tidiest and the cable is mostly tucked away. This was probably the main driving factor in us choosing Andersen as our EV charger of choice.

Definitely. So initially, the driving factor behind this choice of EV charger  was very much for the design and what it looks like.

However, subsequently, if anyone was thinking about going with Andersen, we will vouch that for us, their customer service has been excellent all the way from initial contact, through to the install and also further support.
