Andersen EV YouTube Prize Giveaway - Terms and Conditions
- Introduction
By participating in the Andersen EV YouTube Prize Giveaway (the "Competition"), you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
- Eligibility
The Competition is open to residents of the UK who are aged 18 years or over, except employees of Andersen EV and their close relatives and anyone otherwise connected with the organization or judging of the Competition.
No purchase necessary to enter or win.
- How to Enter
To enter the Competition, viewers of the Luxury Home Show must complete the entry form on the Andersen EV website with their full name and email address.
By completing the form, entrants agree to be contacted by Andersen EV for marketing and promotional purposes.
Only one entry per person is permitted. Multiple entries from the same person will be disqualified.
- Competition Period
The Competition will run for one month from the launch date of the Luxury Home Show video.
Entries received after the closing date will not be considered.
- Prize
The prize consists of one Andersen A3 charge point with free installation, and £1,000 towards charging costs. This excludes special edition fascias which include carbon, bespoke colour options and the Andersen by CALLUM fascia.
The prize is as stated and no cash or other alternatives will be offered.
The prize is non-transferable and subject to availability. Andersen EV reserves the right to substitute any prize with another of equivalent value without giving notice.
- Winner Selection and Notification
The winner will be chosen at random from all eligible entries received during the Competition Period.
The winner will be notified by email within 14 days of the Competition closing date.
If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within 14 days of notification, Andersen EV reserves the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner.
- Prize Delivery
The Andersen A3 charge point will be installed at a location agreed upon by the winner and Andersen EV, subject to the feasibility of installation at the winner’s location.
The £1,000 towards charging costs will be provided in the form of a pre-paid card, voucher, or another method at Andersen EV’s discretion.
The winner must own the property or have consent from the owner and the chosen installation location must meet the requirements of any applicable regulations and consents
- Data Protection and Privacy
Any personal data relating to entrants will be used solely in accordance with current UK data protection legislation and will not be disclosed to a third party without the entrant’s prior consent.
By entering the Competition, you agree to the collection, retention, usage, and distribution of your personal information in order to process and contact you about your Competition entry, and for marketing purposes.
- General
Andersen EV reserves the right to cancel or amend the Competition and these terms and conditions without notice.
Any changes to the Competition will be notified to entrants as soon as possible by Andersen EV.
Andersen EV is not responsible for inaccurate prize details supplied to any entrant by any third party connected with this Competition.
- Limitation of Liability
Insofar as is permitted by law, Andersen EV will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate the winner or accept any liability for any loss, damage, personal injury, or death occurring as a result of taking up the prize except where it is caused by the negligence of Andersen EV or its employees. Your statutory rights are not affected.
- Governing Law
The Competition and these terms and conditions will be governed by English law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England.
