Terms and Conditions for Andersen Complimentary Offers December 2023
Effective Date: December 1st, 2023 - December 31st, 2023
Please read these terms and conditions ("Terms") carefully before participating in the Andersen Complimentary Offers December 2023 (the "Offer"). By participating in this Offer, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Offer Overview
The Andersen Complimentary Offers December 2023 (hereinafter referred to as "Offer") is provided by Andersen EV. This Offer is valid from December 1st, 2023, to December 31st, 2023 for orders placed through our online website andersen-ev.com.
2. Eligibility
- This Offer is open exclusively to private customers who purchase an Andersen A2 charge point during the Offer period.
- Each eligible customer is entitled to select one offer from the provided selection, regardless of the number of orders placed.
- This Offer is not applicable to trade orders.
3. Non-Monetary Offer
The Offer provided cannot be exchanged for its monetary equivalent. It holds no cash value and is non-transferable.
4. Gift Card Expiry
In cases where a gift card is included as part of the Offer, it is the customer's sole responsibility to verify and adhere to the expiry date stipulated on the gift card. Andersen shall not be liable for any expired gift cards.
5. Installation
This Offer is valid for both orders with and without installation of the Andersen A2 charge point.
6. Non-Combination with Other Offers
The Offer cannot be combined with any other promotions, discounts, or offers provided by Andersen. Customers must choose between this Offer and any other eligible promotions at the time of purchase.
7. Modification or Termination of Offer
Andersen reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate this Offer, or any part of it, at its sole discretion, without notice, at any time. In such an event, Andersen shall not be liable for any claims, damages, or losses incurred by customers.
If a customer cancels their charge point order, the offer will be revoked. If the selected offer is a physical item, this must be returned to Andersen EV in a timely manner. Andersen EV holds the right to deduct the value of the product from the refunded amount if not returned.
8. General
- These Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement between the customer and Andersen regarding the Offer and supersede any prior or contemporaneous agreements, understandings, or representations.
- Failure by Andersen to enforce any provision of these Terms shall not be construed as a waiver of any rights or remedies.
- These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Great Britain and Northern Ireland. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Great Britain and Northern Ireland.
- If any provision of these Terms is deemed to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
By participating in the Andersen Complimentary Offers December 2023, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to abide by these Terms and Conditions. Andersen reserves the right to make changes to these Terms at any time, and it is the customer's responsibility to review them periodically for updates.
