The Role

Andersen EV is looking for a highly motivated individual to join its customer service team in helping our existing customers and our network of installers with technical queries.

Having a passion for customer service, you’ll be the point of contact on a daily basis for Andersen EV technical expertise. Being able to grasp complex technological concepts, the successful candidate will be and advocate for the first-class Andersen experience and will be responsible for making the customers experience a great one.

Responsibilities

· Reply to technical queries via calls/chats/emails

· Be seen as a subject matter expert for EVs and EV charging

· Manage contacts and cases using our CRM system

· Report issues to second line support in a structured fashion

· Walkthrough, troubleshoot and diagnose issues remotely with customers

· Handle customer complaints in a polite and patient manner

· Provide a superior customer service to our client base and partners with thorough knowledge and professionalism

· Meet customer service KPIs

· Achieve a swift and successful resolution rate

· Respond to calls, emails and chats whilst achieving monthly targets

· Up-skill and assist in other departments subject to business requirements

Required qualifications

· Willingness to learn about the EV industry

· Self organised

· Good communication skills both written and verbal

· Naturally enthusiastic about a rapidly expanding industry and technology

· Ideally some previous technical experience in technology support
